Working alongside lived experience roles | Dunedin

This interactive, in-person workshop will deepen your understanding of the youth consumer peer support lived experience (YCPSLE) workforce and support you to work effectively alongside YCPSLE kaimahi.

Whether you’re already working alongside YCPSLE kaimahi, planning to introduce these roles within your service, or simply wanting to learn more about lived experience work, this workshop will equip you with the skills to move beyond tokenism, foster genuine partnerships, and create environments where lived experience roles can make meaningful and sustainable contributions.
